Contact 10 Minute Timer

Email hello@10minutetimer.us with a question, correction or timer issue. This is the public contact address supplied by the site owner. There is no contact form or file-upload service on this site; selecting the email link opens your chosen email application.

Reporting a timer problem

A short reproducible report is more useful than a general description that the timer stopped. Include:

  • The page URL and the browser name and version.
  • Your device type and whether the page was visible, in the background or returning from sleep.
  • The duration or schedule settings, followed by the exact actions you took.
  • The result you expected and the result you saw, including any visible error.

For a sound issue, mention whether Test alarm worked, whether the tab was muted and which audio output was selected. For an interval or Pomodoro issue, include numeric settings and whether the final break was enabled. Use generic labels such as Reading or Review when an example is needed.

Keep private information out of messages

Do not send student names, medical information, passwords, private task notes or screenshots containing account details. Contact email passes through your email provider and the site’s mailbox provider; it is not kept exclusively inside the browser like a timer label. Messages may be retained while the owner investigates an issue, with no fixed deletion period promised here.

Sending a report does not guarantee an immediate response or a particular fix date. You can read About for the project’s scope and the Privacy Policy for local settings and contact-data handling. For reminders that require dependable delivery, use a suitable device alarm while a browser issue is being investigated.
